Organisation/Costs

Our main concern with regard to the 1st European Football Fans’ Congress is to provide convenient conditions and a quality of organisation that will make it as easy as possible for football supporters from all over Europe to take part in the event!

Football fans usually spend loads of money every month following their team throughout the country and Europe, we’re therefore trying to keep your costs around this Fans’ Congress as low as possible!
But unfortunately, we’re not millionaires either...

In the following you can find all the potentially useful information on things we’ll provide for you, costs that we can cover and the scale of expenditure you should expect around the Congress concerning

• Conference Charges

• the Framework Programme

• Food & Beverages

• Travel & Accommodation

• Support for financially weak supporters

Framework Programme

We’re providing a broad range of events as part of a framework programme around the actual conference taking place over the whole weekend.

There’ll be informal meetings in football pubs in London on Friday and Sunday night for all participants who will already or still be in London as well as guided stadium-tours with former Arsenal players, and fan friendly matches. On Saturday night, there’ll be a big dinner buffet at a club close to the Emirates Stadium followed by a gig with three bands on the bill.

There is no admission fee either for the events of the framework programme, nor will you have to pay for the dinner buffet on Saturday night! All you need to do is to register at the stall at the entrance of each venue, and pick up your tokens from there.
