Framework Programme

The 2nd European Football Fans’ Congress was supposed to become another kick off event for a European network and not only a day full of looooong (but necessary) debates in a more or less official atmosphere!

We therefore offered all participants enough possibilities to enjoy Hamburg and all the positive aspects of football by coming together, get to know each other to have an informal exchange or just celebrate - apart from the actual conference event.

Frau Hedi (=Ms Hedi) is the name of one of the many so-called Barkassen, small boats which are used for harbour boat trips in Hamburg. The only difference with Frau Hedi is that it has a bar on board as well as a stereo which some St.Pauli fans will use to flush your ears with some good music.
From 19.00hrs – 24.00hrs, Frau Hedi will stop once every full hour at Landungsbrücken pier no 10 (20.00hrs, 21.00hrs, 22.00hrs, 23.00hrs) so that people can get onto or off the boat.
