 9.00hrs Registration of participants of 1st AGM and/or network members, distribution of AGM packages with voting cards

10.00hrs Opening (Kevin Miles, FSF, England)

1. General introduction of the agenda and procedures for the day

2. Presentation of EFFC Committee as the body responsible for the finalisation of statutes and election procedures

10.15hrs Brief introduction of organizational structure of the fans’ network

3. Presentation of report on activities of the Steering Committee members since the last congress and the financial report (Dani Wurbs, FSE Coordination)

4. Discharge of the Steering Committee

5. Decision on resolutions submitted (if applicable)

6. Discussion and decision of statutes, amendments to the statutes & new name for the network (Chair: Kev Miles)

12.30 hrs Lunch

13.30 hrs Brief explanation and decision on electoral procedures (Dani Wurbs)

7. Presentations of candidates on the stage & Elections

afterwards: Members hand in their ballots

15.30 hrs Coffee Break

16.00 hrs Presentation of Election Results & new Committee of the FSE network

8. Any other business

16.45 hrs Closing


Non-members could attend the AGM as observers. 
Only members present at this AGM were entitled to vote - Membership with FSE is open to all national and local fans‘ groups/fans‘ organisations and initiatives in the fans‘ sector in Europe and to individuals who support our core principles and the statutes of the network.
Membership is free of charge and can end at any time with the submission of a written statement to the FSE Coordinating Office.
